We sure do! We ship many products worldwide each day and have many happy customers in every corner of the globe.
We DO NOT OFFER refunds while a product is in transit as it is already on the way to you. You may edit or make changes to your order within 12 hours after purchase.
How much is the shipping cost?
USA Orders - Under $75 is $3.95 / Over $75+ is free
International Orders- Orders less than $100 cost $9.95 for shipping while orders over $100 are FREE shipping. Please note that our shipping fee is non-refundable. International customers are responsible for any additional customs fees that incur with your country's policies.
Where are your products from?
To make sure we source the best products for your fur friend, we hand select our products from manufacturers across the globe. We are shipping from two location, USA and Asia.
How can I track my order?
After your order is placed, it takes 2-7 days to get your items processed, packaged, and prepared for shipping. You will receive an email with your tracking number as soon as it ships.

What is your return policy?
We FIRMLY stand behind our products. We accept returns up to 14 days after the item has been delivered. If you have a damaged item, please email us immediately for a replacement at [email protected]
Customer is required to pay return shipping fees and they are nonrefundable. Please note, in order to qualify for a full refund, items must be unused, with tags, and in original packaging. We have the right to deny returns that do not comply with our return policy.
At this time we are unable to offer exchanges. You may return your item and repurchase the correct size.
Refunds will be processed within approximately up to 2-5 business days (excluding weekends and bank holidays) after we receive your return.
I didn't get all of my items.
We try and get items out as quickly as possible and will ship them as soon as they are prepared for shipping. Often, we'll ship packages separately at no additional cost to you. Track your order here using your tracking number from confirmation and the email address used for purchase.
Can I still make changes to my order after I have placed it?
If you need to make a change to your order, please email us within 12 hours of purchase. Email us at [email protected] and title your email ORDER CHANGE. If it's been more than 12 hours since purchase, we can't guarantee a change to your order.
Can I pay in my own currency?
All of our prices on our website will checkout in USD (US Dollars). If your credit card is based in another currency, your order total will be calculated in accordance with the daily exchange rate of the date your card issues processes the transaction. You can shop with your countries currency with the converter located on the top of the website homepage.
